     After reading this sentence, i thought I'd just do a search 
on "tires" or "tire+load+range" and a few others.  What a mess.  I 
found tables listing the relation between ply rating and load range; 
I found a Michelin table that gives loads against a "load index," a 
numerical index that I've never heard of before; and I found a 
Goodyear site that said the load range correspondence with loads was 
somehow related to a particular tire (and so there would not be any 
standard set of loads for a particular load range; that sounds wrong 
to me, but who knows?).  
     Nowhere did I find what you (and I) wanted.  It may exist, but I 
gave up trying to find it after looking for an hour and a half.  I 
did find a "RV Tire and Safety Guide" at the Rubber Manufacturer's 
Association site
