Andrea,
 Make sure your trailer is level before running the fridge!

There's a receptacle and plug somewhere behind the fridge that can
probably be accessed through the outside door. Check to see if it has
power.

Also, try running it on gas instead of electric to see if that works.

Hard to say where the phone wire comes in, I'd look in the likely spots,
like near where the power and/or city water connections are.
