You probably don't have a blown fuse because most refrigerators have a
choice of two power sources: 115 vac or propane.  Try operating the reefer
on propane for 24 hours and see if it cools.

My '93 34' has a storage compartment on the street side rear which contains
the shore power cord on a fixed reel.  The cable tv and phone jacks can be
found in that compartment.  I don't think A/S installed phone jacks at the
factory for '82 so yours is likely an owner/dealer/rv repair facility
modification.  Try looking in all of the compartments.
