A) As mentioned, tom patterson's archives are a source of much knowledge and
wisdom.
B) I've never heard it referred to as anything but 'banana wrap', and only
in reference to Airstreams.
C) I'll be looking for some, myself, in the not-too-distant-future -
Airstream-specific suppliers tend to be on the 'pricey' side, though - I
think I'll start with aluminum suppliers - it's some sort of stamped or
rolled sheet-aluminum, not actually 'extruded' (thank goodness - that
stuff's expensive)...
