I am referring to the blue insert that goes in the "rub rail".

The previous owner of my coach has some of the origional, and a 
little bit of some other kind of material and they have also painted 
some of it.  So it's a mess and I want to strip it all out and 
replace it with new material.

I would also like to replace a couple of pieces of the "banana wrap" 
now that you mention it.  Is this a A/S item as well or is there an 
outside source?
