Thanks for the lead. I saw the same double sided aluminum "insulation" in pre-cut shades at Wal-Mart. Problem was that none of their models or sizes fit my windows. Question for the group. Once I cut the "inslulation into the proper shape, what is the best way to bind it? Or does it need edge finishing? Bob
