[A/S] Plans A,B, and C

This picks up where "Sew What" left off. I am going to make do with pull 
down shades and not worry about curtains while I deal with the sink. I 
have dreamed up a method of mounting the shades in a temporary fashion 
without drilling.

For the sink I have arrived at three solutions and might just use all 
three. I was able to remove the entire piece intact. The counter top 
portion is in good shape while the sink is deteriorated. So here are the 
options:

1. I will make the Formica counter top and install a small sink. I can 
get a short section of ready to go counter at Home Depot for $40. I will 
cut out the shape, install it and the trailer will be ready to use.

2. I want to first fiber glass over the bottom of the sink, it is so 
fragile I am afraid to do any thing else first. Then I will make a fiber 
glass mold of the whole thing. If that works I can make any number of 
replicas. Also this rare part will be saved from extinction.

3. If I can get the original out of the mold in one piece I will make a 
form of the sink by lining it with saran wrap and pouring it full of 
plaster of paris. If I have that I can make the sink only with a half 
inch extra lip. That will allow me to cut out the old sink and drop in a 
replacement.

Any one have any thoughts on this? Any one need a sink and counter for 
'72 rear bath?
