Bob Kiger   I haven't been able to find a commercail one for my big Ford 
Van either but saw one recently where a lady got a piece of heavy 
cardboard and after making a pattern of her windshield cut
out the cardboard and then scored in in several places so it would fold 
up easily and reinforced each of the scorings with a plastic 
tape....said she had been using it for over a year so far...hope
that helps ...I am going to try and make one for my van     Pearl in So 
Cal
