My A/S has the Moen telescoping faucet and I love it.  It did leak when I 
first got the TT.  I called Moen Co. and asked how to fix it.  They were so 
helpful and sent the new part at no charge to me!  First time that has 
happened.  If I remember there was a slight trick to the install.  Try 
calling Moen.
