We ordered our '99 from Bill Thomas.  Their business manager *really* pushed 
for the extended warranty and has contacted us several times.  He must get a 
commission or something.  We didn't buy it.  We will have had our trailer 2 
years in June and have had no claims an extended warranty would have covered. 
 A kitchen light/fan failed and Thomas replaced it with a Fantastic Fan free 
of charge some 14 months after the trailer was delivered.  By the way, we 
have found their service to be excellent in every way.
