I guess "quiet" means different things to different people - The inhabitants 
of the park are quiet even if the traffic is noisy?
There is a wonderful state campground near Hood River, Oregon, except that it 
is right next to the train track and the Columbia River.  The valley is so 
narrow you can't get away from either one.  There is a track crossing right 
at the campground so that the train is required to blow the whisle, and one 
gets the full blast several times per night- takes a bit of getting used to, 
to say the least. Earplugs are necessaary and even with these the vibration 
would get you awake.
