It is an unfortunate fact of modern planning and development that mobile 
housing is often located near RR tracks and river levees.

I suggest you savor the rumble of the box cars as one of the last artifacts 
of those finer days when the roadways were relatively empty and downtown 
businesses flourished.

I live less than 100 yards from the Pacific Coast Train line and I wouldn't 
trade it for all the strip condominiums in the world.
It's Americana at it's finest.
