[A/S] Airstream chair in older models?

I just got my copy of "Airstream" yesterday and noticed that some of the 
brochures show a chair in the sofa area of some of the older models.  Did 
they come with this chair and what did it look like? I'd like to see a pic of 
it if anyone has one.  Thanks!
