[A/S] 66 safari bits and pieces

We are looking at a 66 Safari(22') which needs the following replaced:
Toilet, Fridge, Heater. It has new H20 lines and wiring for 110v has 
not been used in last four years. Skin, structure is very sound. 
Trying to get an idea of the cost of replacing these items before 
making the purchase. Don't need to replace with NOS. The price for 
the trailer as listed is about $2900. It was polished a year ago but 
not with Rolite and not clear coated. I would appreciate any help you 
could provide. It may have a fractured h20 line in front as well.
