You are welcome.  I'm glad it helped.

You may be absolutely certain that if you purchase and install a good
equalizer hitch assembly and sway control device  (my preference is the
Reese Dual Cam Equalizer and Sway Control Assembly) your husband will
discover that towing a '72-27' A/S is a breeze.  My daughter owns one.  Even
a good used set up will work fine.  They will last almost forever.
