The blue stripe along the curb side of my Excella was damaged and the prior owner attempted to repair it. Unfortunately, he made things worse and the blue paint he put on deteriorated the original stripe and now it is sort of a large smudge. Can a section be reparied? How? Jerry Gerald H. Kilbert
