[A/S] Depreciation

Currently the subject of depreciation on Airstream motorhomes and trailers 
has come up.  It got me to wondering approximately how much my 1966 Safari 
would have cost new.

I am betting that it has held it's original value and (if fully functional 
and restored) may actually have appreciated with no sign of depreciation.

Does anyone know the original cost?

PS I'm sure the idea would apply to many well maintained vintage trailers 
especially the smaller units.
