Arnie:

     I have a similar situation on my '95 Excella, but the problem is 
with the spare tire's wheel that came with the trailer.  It's not the 
same as the other wheels - the hole is too small for the hub cover to 
fit through; so, you have to leave it off, and change the spare back 
out after the tire is repaired/replaced.  Annoying.  Wonder why they 
do that?
