Airstream has always  provided service/repairs/etc. at the factory on all 
model Airstreams that owners have brought to them. Perhaps all this means 
is they are gearing up to  better  handle the traffic.   Having service 
centers in Arizona and Florida makes good sense and should be useful to 
all the owners that winter in these locales.
