[A/S] Replacement A/S plumbing valves

Hi All,

I'm about to replace the plumbing in my '69 Safari.  I really dislike the
valves with a gate or washer as they take so much time to open and close.  I
really like quarter turn ball valves.  I would appreciate comments on the
either or both types of valves.  If I use PEX as replacement all the way,
1/4 turn ball valves are all that is available.
