I had them made at a local custom upholstery shop.  They were familiar
with Airstreams, and did a great job.  The mattresses are 6" thick, a
fairly firm foam, and very comfortable.

I suspect a local shop could do yours, too.  No sense in paying
shipping.

I paid $615 for two mattresses, covered with a sturdy, tan fabric, with
hidden zippers.
