[A/S] Feedback to a new list subscriber

Hello to everyone,
This is my first post to the list after signing on a few days ago.  I can see 
there's an impressive assembly of knowledge here which I'd like to take 
advantage of.  My wife and I are looking for a newer (1980 or newer) 25 foot 
AS trailer.  I also plan to be buying a new F150 with the 5.4L engine and a 
3.73 rear end.  This certainly seems like a compatible setup to me.  Any 
input or experience with something comparable?  Any reason (known to everyone 
but me) to avoid the newer 25 foot model?  

I noticed the international rally this year will be in Sioux Falls.  We live 
in Lincoln, Nebraska so a quick trip up there to look around over a weekend 
is very doable for us.  Are wanabee visitors (and shoppers) such as us 
welcome at these rallies or frowned upon?  Are there typically a fair number 
of trailers for sale at these rallies?  What is the etiquette concerning 
non-owners at such an event?  

Too many years in a tent... a pop-up was better... but now we NEED an 
Airstream!
