Thanks for the great info!

I wasn't quite sure though what you meant about the dump valve with 
the one waste tank. At a site with sewer hookup, do you still hook 
directly in? Sounds like a silly question, but I'm not sure with the 
older units. With my motorhome, I hooked up directly, but only opened 
the gray water valve. Once the black water tank was nearing full, I 
drained that and threw a few gallons of fresh water in.

Wow, didn't realize the 30'ers were so heavy. I might want to rethink 
the length. For now, usage would only be here in Florida. Very flat. 
Trips to Disney, canpgrounds, the beach, etc.

I'm going to keep looking. If your unit was immaculate, then this unit 
should be far less than he was offering. I'm in no rush and want to 
make the right purchase. Actually, I would like to find one with the 
rear bedroom. For at least the next few years I will be travelling 
with children. They are always going to the bathroom in the middle of 
the night!
