Although guages on the propane tanks would be desireable, you really
should not be inconvenienced by not having them. If your auto-switcher
is working, just leave both tank valves "open" and check the little
tell-tale every day or 2. When it goes "red", flip the little lever,
close the valve on the empty tank, and take it to be refilled. Don't
forget to open the valve on it after remounting/reconnecting.
