Irate Alex,
I don't blame you for your being borderline irate. Here in my part of the
Mid-west, Wisconsin, I had both of my #30 Aluminum bottles tested and OPDed
at a local Co-op a few miles west of Oshkosh. No problems and they were
about 30 some bucks each, including filling. They sell gas to lots of
farmers and quite a few RVers, always with a smile.
Surely Indiana has Co-ops, try on of them..
