Hi All,

Believe it or not, switching to a low carbohydrate will greatly reduce the
reflux condition!  I haven't needed to sleep with extra pillows for more
than a year and seldom have a reflux problem.  Stopped all the nonsense
tagamet medication, etc soon after starting the Atkin's diet.  A much easier
fix that jacking the tongue up and down or purchasing a wedge mattress!
