Jim and all,

I had a '73 Excella 500 which was in good condition; it didn't have a cover
hiding the nice aluminum 30 pounders because I polished them and they looked
good enough that you wouldn't want to hide them.

Below is a website for Airmarktools that does this type of work and sells
equipment for you to do it.  I can't tell you anything about price or
service, but if you look at the finished product, they look awesome.

I didn't use their equipment.  All I used was elbow grease and NOXON and
Walbernize.
