[A/S] Twins to Double Bed

I took out the twins in our 31' rear bedroom  AS.  The biggest hassle 
was removing the twins, lots of screws and we sacrificed the night stand 
and altered the heating duct work.  Not a hard task, but took some time. 
 Be prepared to replace the carpet.  We are using a regular bedframe 
with rollers.  We lock the rollers to keep the frame in place during 
travel and sometimes the mattress slides partially off the box springs. 
 No big deal and we are pleased with the conversion.  Oh yes, this does 
not provide a lot of room to walk around the bed, but our twins were 
just plain uncomfortable.  In our previous 24', we removed the side bed 
and put a queen across the front.  That worked out well, however one 
person had to crawl to far side of bed and she was not exactly happy 
about that crawling bit and I was not exactly happy about having to get 
out of bed to eliminate the crawl across me.  I converted the former bed 
space to a side sofa.  Ned Digh
