Sorry, don't know the answer to that question. A later model US made
vehicle with a tow package would almost certainly include the 12 volt
charging line. If the Land Rover has previously served as a horse trailer
tow vehicle it probably has that provision because the horse trailer may
have needed 12 volt power for trailer interior lighting.
I'm completely unfamiliar with Land Rovers but in a US made truck/SUV, the
12 volt charge line can be located using a simple lamp tester with all
lights (running, stop, turn, & backup) off but the ignition key in the run
position. Tow vehicles I am familiar provide switched 12 volt to the charge
line so the trailer cannot discharge the tow vehicle's battery with the
engine not running.
