A rat.  Why? (c:

This is a funny story.  I was in Hendersonville, NC about 2 years ago and 
wandered into an artsy store.  You know, the kind that sells local pottery, 
art work, sculptures, carvings etc...

There were some steel critters... a horse, cats, and a rat.

I have always like rodents...all rodents.  I must not have been in "shopping 
mode" because I didn't buy the rat.  Drove back down the mountain, thought 
about it and drove back up the next day.  The rat was gone )c:  

They told me they couldn't get any more.   I was devistated...okay, so I 
wasn;t devistated... but I was disappointed.

Fast forward to last year. I was fulltiming headed to Florida.  I stayed with 
some internet friends in Aiken, SC. Wandered into an artsy store there and 
BINGO! The rat.

So, now it travels with me everywhere.
