6KW should be more than sufficient. My 32' motorhome only uses a 5.6 KW
generator, with two air conditioners, and I am able to use both of them at
the same time, with the generator running, and kick in the microwave as
well.

The only concern would be  how to carry it. We also have a 31' Sovereign,
and keep another 5KW in the truck bed, using a hoist from Harbor Freight to
load/unload it as needed. That has proven to be able to keep up with the
load.
