Yes I have a 1985 345 Turbo Diesel.  It is a later model, as I have
heard that the earlier ones were smaller and not quite as strong.  We
love it.  We have had it for three years with no engine problems at
all.  I has plenty of power, about 200 to 220 hp, and pulls us along
quite well.  I tow a Ford Explorer behind it on a dolly with no
problem.  On the road it gets 14 to 16 mpg alone, and 12 mpg towing.  It
is a front engine unit with an Allison 4-speed transmission.  If you
