It's hard to describe in writing.  The drop bar on the truck hitch was at a 
slight up angle when backing into the receiver.  Then that would flip this 
little switch in the receiver so then for sure it would not go in.  But like 
I said as soon as Ford lowered the rear end on truck we had no more problem.  
So many people had the same hitching problem I was amazed you didn't.  And we 
did know to adjust the arms.
