Here is something else to consider, years ago I almost rolled a small pop-up
down a hill ( it would have been going 100 MPH when it got to the bottom of
the long hill) because of the front wheel jack.  I was only able to stop the
trailer because I could drag the chain hook into the ground and stop it.  I
quickly learned that the wheels should always be choked and that a wheel on
the tongue DOES NOT always mean you can roll the trailer around safely.
Except for the lightest of trailers do not make the mistake I made, thinking
I could roll the trailer around to move it.
