Both my Bambi and 75 Argosy came with a wheel for the jack post. And yes I use it
on occasion. I suspect that as hitch weights increased the wheel became
impractical for moving and settling into the dirt. I know there was a wheel plate
available for quite some time that spread the weight around but make it
impossible to move. H&H, makers of Airstream's electric jack posts over the
years, have never, to my knowledge provided a wheel with their jack posts.
