I have one of those that fits with a magnet onto the tongue jack, but
have had very mixed results trying to use it.
I met a guy at ToG who had a GM Suburban with a lift gate and a
Hensley. He had put together a neat device - a mirror assembly that
on the lift window, combined with about 8' (two 4' lengths that fit
one inside the other) of 1" white plastic pipe that he laid on the
ground in line with the hitch. Now, he can see both the Hensley bar
and the pipe, and can align the bar as he backs up. Real neat.

That seems like it would work, too. My Suburban has the barn doors;
so the mirror thing probably won't work. Thanks for the info.
