[A/S] bounce/ swimming/tatters& wet wood

when my friend towed my 72 Safari home I noticed a little 
bounce. i'm sure the shocks have never been replaced....
I checked a Monroe cat and nothing is shown for travel trailers
let alone A/S. Started cleaning and discovering little things
one is some leaks in the front end, when I dumped the wash water 
in the kitchen sink the shower basen filled and I haven't 
figured how to drain it (C:  The battery seems only half there.
And does it need curtains.... seems like the last owners cat
loved em to death.....Does the factory have replacements or 
should i contact someone else????? Would appreciate any and all
imput.   Thanks   Steve
