I'm thinking of taking the Onan genny out of my SOB RV, and hiding it
somewhere in the '49 Clipper. The '49 had no 12v appliances whatsoever: the
Marvel 'fridge is 110vac only, and the Coleman oven/range is propane. My
Onan is a propane-fired generator, and runs quietly, burns cleanly, and
powers efficiently. I never even considered a gasoline-powered generator for
an RV. It's currently mounted in a sound-damped and vented box inside the
SOB; something one would not want to do with a gasoline genny.

Then, I think i'll move the RV's airconditioner off of the roof, and into
the box vacated by the Onan...
