Dealers in good standing are normally on open account with Airstream and are
charged for the part when it is shipped. This a common industry practice. This
also applies to warranty repair parts. This occasionally leads to an awkward
moment or too when a customer wants one dealer to sent a warranty part to some
other dealer for replacement.
