Gary,
The bolts are "T" bolts that slip onto slots in the ring fitting that
goes into the holding tank. I would think if one of them is turning
around in the slot, I would try to get the other one off then work the
unit out by sliding it toward the bolt that is turning if possible. The
two T bolts fit into the slots that are fairly loose, I found I had a
little difficulty keeping them in place until I had the nuts snug when I
was putting the unit back in place.
Lots of luck on getting the stuck one out and completing the job with no
other snags.
