[A/S] damage /repair

i'm thinking about purchasing a 72  23'safari. years ago a small
tree fell on the front and damaged the front end. my decision 
to purchase is based on many thoughts one of which is this repair.
the damage consists of the top center panel and the next two( which
go aroung the curved window in front) both of the curved windows
need to be replaced one pane of glass schattered the other window
the seal is broken and it has water between the panes. can anyone
give me some ideas on prices of panels, rivets, the curved
windows, sealers, shop times, etc. the previous owner replaced
the black water tank with a custom s.s. one new inverted
new tires and awning......inside the unit looks rough all roll 
up doors are shot..... outside except for the pounded out dents
and some sloppy sealer on the front and the windows it shines
well.....furnace, refer, pump, & stove all work. floor sound but 
covered with ugly carpet. Window coverings very worn possibly from
king Tut's tomb. What would be a good price to offer on this one???
or should i walk away.(i can do some/most of my own work except
the exterior)   steve
