Hello All,

I'm new to this list, so I don't know if this topic has been covered.  
If so I apologize.

On one of the Usenet groups I read a thread about anodes/cathodes in 
Suburban water heaters and that the Atwood's do not have them.  Can 
anyone explain why the Atwoods don't need them and is there some other 
part in the Atwood that servers a similar function?
