 That center screw is probably the pressure adjustment, and you don't want
to fool with it unless you have a guage or manometer to set it to 11" W.C.
pressure. I'm not too sure that I'd attempt to disassemble it (well, *I*
would, but I have a guage), I think I'd recommend replacing it. Price is
less than $35.00.
