Bummer.  Keep an eye on them for us. Nothing is constant but change.  
He'll change his mind eventually, or drop out of the picture, ya know 
what I mean.

The Panel Ray vertical heater you mentioned was manufactured by Day 
& Night out of Monrovia, CA and is highly desired by restorers, as 
many were ripped out in the 60's-70's instead of being repaired.  If 
that trailer is 16 ft, then it is a Bubble, as that was the heater that 
came with it, since there was no extra wall space like the larger 
trailers had.
