Hi Rob, 

From one Scoutmaster to another, you've got the priorities straight. After your youngest has gone to
Philmont, after his Eagle project is finished, after your kids are settled into their next lifestyle
plan and after the two of you have become emancipated parents (temporarily), that will be soon
enough to move Airstreaming onto a hotter burner. Play the cards you have and play them well. That's
my one minute.
