Hi Kevin, yeah...I have a 59, it's got 2 beds and a dining area...and a rotten floor and a ding in the door and a need for some serious tlc. Electrics work, plumbing isn't going to unless I pray a lot and put a ton of time into it, etc....... let me know Wendy
