Charles.  That criteria is for any heat absorption cooling system, ever made. 
Front to back and side to side must all be less than 1/2 bubble off. The 
hotter the ambient temperature, the more critical this becomes. Usually the 
trailer will not be very far from level , if any, when these specs are 
followed. All bets are off however, if a coach has ever been a roll over.
