[A/S] water everywhere

got a big surprise when walked in the bath area of my 64  the carpet squished
water up between my toes.....turned out that the "intake" hose from the water
tank to the pump had split...so A/S friend cut the cracked part out and
reconnected and being down in the warm country by the Colorado river it dried
out rapidly......of course I sopped up lots of it with throw rugs and towels.
Going in Monday afternoon for new hose, hopefully a couple of new  cranks (the
gear part) for  2 windows,  and maybe new valve for 1 of the propane tanks  the
other one is still full of gas running the refer.    Have a non-A/S service
facility close by and serviceman really knows what he is doing and  frequently
other A/S there for service too.      The discussion of new water pumps should
remind people that the rubber hoses wear out too.      Pearl
