Re: [A/S] Wheels

I don't know what wheel fits, but when you select you need to have the
same diameter, rim width, offset, number of studs, same hole centers,
same center hole, and an adequate load rating. Any decorative variations
will cause the tire to rub the A/S. Sometimes slight variations in tire
dimensions even with the same size will rub. There is little extra room
under the A/S.

The closest to original wheel would be a solid steel wheel with minim
moon hubcap, I was looking at an American Wheel "smoothie" in a catalog
last night. I don't know about fitting the bolt circle.

Also in that catalog (a universal accessories catalog from a truck
accessory company who carries 1% of what is in the catalog) there is a
listing from the "Mr Lugnut" company of a 7/16" LH lugnut for aluminum
wheels.

NAPA carries a wide selection of standard coned steel nuts. They should
have 7/16" LH. I don't know about lug nuts for aluminum wheels.

It may be most effective to visit a dealer who specializes in
aftermarket wheels and tires to find these wheels and parts.

Some farm stores like SHOUP (800-637-6127 or 800-627-6137, I forget
which) www.shoup.com? Central Tractor (888-8CT FARM), Baum Iron (in
Omaha) and others carry wheels with clearly stated sizes, offsets,
weight ratings, and bolt centers. At least in Iowa there are a few
stores that specialize in wheels for unititye purposes, such as tractors
front and rear, trucks, truck trailers, and trailers with very wide
selections. Might be more here because at least two or three
manufacturers have plants in Iowa. Titan Tire and Wheel is one. The
names of others escape me at the moment.
