The cement is probably Armstrong "Fast-Setting Patch and Skin Coat. 
Look in the "floor section" of your building supply store. It only 
fills holes and cracks.

Hi Nick, I like wood too, I put down "wood" tiles, take a look. First 
I used the cement then their laytex primer.
